What is your returns policy?

 

 

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date, if 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

Discounted items or items bought using promotion/coupon codes are only issued with store credit. We are also offering partial refund of 25% OFF the item if customer accepts this offer customer keeps the item without returning

To return an item

 

Debbybuck wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If you have a new product and are not pleased with the selection you made, we make returns simple

Products must be new and show no signs of use or Debbybuck will refuse the return. In the event that you return a non-new item and do not accept the refusal of the return, we will charge a restocking fee. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or a restocking fee include:

 

 

 

Any sign of use - scratches, or other signs of use such as physical marking, screw holes, or similar.

Tags, stickers, and other manufacturer labels were removed or tampered with.

Missing parts or the original product packaging is damaged or tampered with.

Physical damage from drops, liquid, mishandling or similar.

Product(s) returned that were damaged due to improper packaging.

 

 

The warranty authorization request is a must.

We will have to provide you with the RMA Number as your proof that we Debbybuck men are authorizing you to return the item(s) for refunds, exchange, or store credits.

 

Any returns without proper authorization will be refused or will be returned back to the sender.

 

Self-Serve Return

 

To Submit a return request Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

 

1. Log in to your account

 

- In the email feild, enter your email, and then click continue

- Open your email and look for a  code included in the email

- go back to the online store and enter the code

2. Click the order you want to request return

 

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

 

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store

 

5. Click REQUEST RETURN.

 

If your return is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with the shipping instructions. After the products is returned, you will receive a refund/exchange

How can | track the status of my return?

 

As soon as your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

 

Damaged or Incorrect ltems

 

We are sorry to hear that! Should you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
